Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a co-creative practice that will expand your thinking of living purposefully. Sessions involve learning to be present in each present moment by asking questions that help you gain clarity about your goals and highest vision for yourself, identifying barriers, crafting actions to break them down, and then, moving powerfully towards what you really want. Deal with real issues such as career, home, relationships, body image, and spirituality.

Life Coaching is a co-creative process that allows you to look at areas of your life that need attention or intention. By naming areas of your life that hold conflict or by naming goals, we embark on a process that allows you to find authentic solutions and actions that will place you on your specific path. We co-create strategies and steps for new insights, new possibilities, and new thinking. You will uncover and rediscover both answers and new questions on your journey.
