Falling in Love Again and Again and Again

I woke up to pouring rain outside my window. I closed my eyes and gave myself another half hour to sleep. I knew I had a full day ahead of me and rest was the best gift I could give myself.
Self-care is falling in love with myself and sharing it with everyone. As I sat quietly preparing for my day, I wrote in my journal:
The reward of love is more love.
How will you give yourself some self-care?
Fall in love again and again and again.
